GSE845: Environmental Impact Assessment |
This unit is designed to enhance understanding of how environmental impact assessment is carried out in Australia and internationally. The focus is on evaluation of environmental impact assessment procedures. Environmental impact statements prepared for the NSW context, as well as for other jurisdictions in Australia, and for some overseas countries will be examined. Students are expected to have prior understanding of environmental issues and environmental decision making processes.
