LAW816: Trade and Environment Law |
This unit examines the impact of environmental law on the regulation of international trade and the attempts to incorporate environmental considerations into global and regional trade regimes. The use of market-based, and other financial mechanisms, will also be explored utilising case studies such as the Kyoto Protocol.
