PSYC887: Psychology at Work: Theory, Research and Application |
The unit investigates methods and theories of scientific psychology as they apply to organisations. We explore such psychological issues as stress, productivity and job design along with information overload and creativity, all in the context of the modern workplace. Classes cover both research and practice issues; however, the focus is on conceptual understanding rather than professional skills.
