Master of Environmental Planning

Description

This program is accredited by the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA, see www.planning.org.au). This accreditation allows graduates to take up membership of the PIA and pursue career opportunities in public and private sector positions requiring recognised professional PIA qualifications. This is a holisitic and flexible inter-disciplinary environmental planning program. While there are compulsory units to develop specific professional skills and knowledge in planning practice, the program also allows students to pursue special areas of interest related to environmental and resource management, and sustainable development in urban and non-urban planning contexts.
