Description
The aims and objectives of the Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepeneurship are to provide participants with the detailed understanding and skills for them to confidently contribute to the establishment and running of a new knowledge-intensive venture. Emphasis is on knowledge-intensive ventures and on-campus delivery to local, international and evening students. The program is targeted at recent graduates entering either directly from a first degree or attending on a part-time basis whilst working. Students must meet the requirements of the Postgraduate Certificate and satisfactorily complete three additional elective units, selected on the basis of the background of the student and the entrepreneurship focus of interest. Units range from underpinning fundamentals to specialist topics of relevance to managing the creation and growth of successful ventures, marketing knowledge-intensive products and services. These ventures will include social, not-for-profit ventures.
