ACCG912: CPA - Insolvency and Reconstruction
This unit provides extended formal academic support for full-time students concurrently enrolled in the Insolvency and Reconstruction segment of the CPA program. The primary objective of this segment is to develop the candidate's ability to apply legal concepts from the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cth) and the common law to practical business solutions as they relate to termination of business, administration of business in financial distress and personal bankruptcy.
