AMED817: Posterior Cervical Spine Fixation

This unit is aimed at the student achieving a level of expert in the field of surgery for cervical spine instability. It requires an understanding of the pathology and mechanism of cervical spine disease and its clinical presentation, diagnosis and management. It also requires a thorough understanding and knowledge of the instrumentation.

Note: Students enrolled in an external offering of this unit will be required to attend some on campus sessions.
