BUS807: Value as a Strategic Concept
Various strategies are discussed for driving value extraction along the chain/network. This strategic framework is subsequently put in perspective by how cultural capability and leadership styles help or hinder the extraction of value. This leads to implementation of situation-specific deployment strategies to overcome any misalignments identified in the value chain.
