Focuses on the overall performance measurement of the chain/network from a holistic perspective. Discussion of value migration and profit pools, investment, economic value analysis (EVA) and cost/benefit analysis. Progression from financial metrics towards sustainable performance, including environmental and social responsibility. Design of holistic performance measurement systems for the value chain.
