BUSL832: Business Transactions Law

This unit examines the law of contracts and statutory additions to it, injecting standards of fair dealing into contractual transactions. Accordingly, the consumer provisions of the Trade Practices Act and the Fair Trading Act, will be examined. Assessment consists of essays or assignments.
