This unit provides a strategic insight into a Corporate Treasury environment particularly focussing on how the Treasury unit fits into an organisation and adds value. Key topics include liquidity management, cashflow at risk, and performance measurement of the Treasury unit. Case studies are used to illustrate key topics.
