ECFS857: Credit and Lending Decisions
The emphasis of this unit is on cash flow lending and covers lending to individuals and companies, retail to commercial lending and relationship banking. Techniques covered are analysis of a company, cash flow modelling and loan portfolio management. Issues include credit assessment, risk evaluation, problem loans, portfolio segmentation, credit scoring, lending and credit policy.
