ECFS876: Structured Finance Law

This unit covers legal issues of financiers and clients in arranging debt capital markets, securitisations and asset and other structured financial transactions, with examples of legal techniques and structures. It develops legal principles and skills of legal analysis and shows how they are used to structure funding of complex transactions.
