EHE912: Human Resource Management in Education

Strategic management of human resources is a key responsibility of leaders at all levels of educational organisations. Participants develop their understanding of the nature and inter-relationships of the HRM functions (including recruitment, induction, continuing professional development, leadership development, performance management, and legislative compliance), and consider how these contribute to the development of productive work environments and attainment of their organisational goals.
