An introduction to modern switching systems, with emphasis on the Internet Protocol (IP) and associated packet switching and routing protocols including: transport protocols (TCP and UDP), link state routing (OSPF), distance vector routing (RIP), path vector routing (BGP), multi-protocol label switching (MPLS).
