ENGG850: Engineering Research Skills

This unit has two strands, one on research communication and one on research methods. In the former, students will be acquainted with the standards of academic writing and presentation. In the latter, students will cover topics such as experimental method and evaluation, reviewing and critiquing research, the ethics of research, and special issues in the subdiscipline-specific research fields.
