INOV811: Globalising the Business

This unit aims to prepare students to lead the international expansion efforts of early-stage entrepreneurial firms. The emphasis is on understanding various options available for international expansion (in particular in relation to different industries), the costs and benefits of pursuing global markets and the specific characteristics of key markets such as the United States, Asia and Europe.
