ITEC823: Extreme Programming
The unit introduces students to the still emerging notions and practice of "agile" or "lightweight" software development methods (eg XP, Crystal and dX), which are characterised by development processes that are adaptive, responsive, people-oriented and risk focused. The unit provides an extensive and critical coverage of agile methods, supported by a number of case studies and practical exercises.
