LAW857: Environmental Litigation and Mediation

This unit examines adversarial and consensual modes of dispute processing in environmental contexts. The administrative and judicial characteristics of the NSW Land and Environment Court provide a focus for analysis of the laws of evidence and procedure. Mediation is studied as a phenomenon and as a process.
