LAW882: Legal History in Context
This unit provides a foundation to the postgraduate study of legal history. Particular attention is directed to the historiographical development of legal history as a discipline and the diverse methodological approaches informing the study of legal history. Students will examine case studies of important and influential scholarly works in legal history.
