LAW887: International Human Rights Law

The unit deals with the international human rights protection and promotion regime by tracing its historical development, cross-cultural dimensions, and the UN and regional (European, American, African, and Asia-Pacific) human rights regimes. It covers both individual and collective/group human rights with a focus on the constantly expanding frontiers of human rights.
