Property Law examines classifications of property and how property is acquired and transferred. Topics include: concepts of property, tenures and estates, equitable interests, leases, mortgages, concurrent ownership, registration schemes and native title. A comprehensive contextual analysis is provided examining historical and theoretical dimensions of property in law and equity.
