LIT828: Must Reads: Classics of World Literature
This unit provides students with the opportunity to get acquainted with some of the masterpieces of the Western and non-Western canon. In particular, it will focus on works that are difficult to understand outside of their cultural and historical context, such as ancient Greek, Latin and Coptic texts and Eastern foundational texts and medieval and early modern and Renaissance foundational works.
