MIST822: Web-database Engineering
This unit is designed to give broader and more advanced coverage of the material on website design and management introduced in MIST812 Decision Support Systems, emphasising database queries using SQL. This unit covers website design and management. Students will be given the opportunity to learn in hands-on mode, using web servers available in a dedicated laboratory, which will simulate the environment used by companies to develop their websites for commercial use.
