PSYC907: Case Conference: The Client-Therapist Relationship

This unit is offered in alternate years.

This unit will explore the nature of the therapist client interaction as a significant aspect of the therapeutic process. Emphasis will be placed on the therapist's own family of origin and how this impacts on the nature of the interaction with the client. Students will be encouraged to examine their own therapeutic practice in light of their own efforts towards creating change within their own families.
