PSYN823: Neuropsychopathology

A range of neuropathological conditions which the clinical neuropsychologist is likely to encounter will be discussed in terms of pathology, neuropsychological presentation, course of disease, assessment and treatment. These will include head injury, dementia, alcohol-related brain damage, epilepsy, cerebrovascular disease, anoxia, cerebral tumour, hydrocephalus; M.S., AIDS infectious diseases, and psychopathology (including schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and PTSD).
