PSYO921: Applied Psychology in Human Resource Management

This unit provides an introduction to industrial/organisational psychology by exploring theories of human behaviour in the workplace and an examination of the organisational context in which psychology is applied. Discussion will cover the role of psychologists in meeting an organisation's needs through the application of psychological knowledge and techniques.
