TRAN839: Introduction to Simultaneous Interpreting
This unit provides a firm foundation for the further development of professional skills in consecutive interpreting, building on skills practised at the Postgraduate Diploma level. This provides grounding in simultaneous interpreting through preparatory exercises on active listening, concentration skills and memory.
