TRAN857: Pedagogical Approaches to Teaching T & I
This unit introduces students to the most recent pedagogical approaches that are considered to be the benchmark in teaching translation and interpreting. The course is underpinned by international research findings into pedagogy more generally and pedagogy in the context of translation and interpreting. Students will be encouraged to reflect on the application of the approaches to practice and in particular to their own teaching.
