ABEC225: Young ATSI Children and Mathematics, Science and Technology
This unit introduces the theory and practice of early childhood mathematics, science and technology for young ATSI children. Students will gain an understanding of developmental stages in young children's learning of mathematics and science in the contexts of ATSI cultures, rural and urban. Teaching and evaluation strategies relevant for working in developmental programs are also examined.
