ACCG400: Contemporary Developments in Accounting Research
This advanced undergraduate unit is designed for students with excellent academic records. The unit provides students with an insight into contemporary developments and debates that link accounting research, thought, and practice. This is achieved through a fortnightly program of deep reading and analysis of selected recent literature in accounting and related disciplines. Students will develop and apply high level skills in critical thinking and analysis and associated generic skills. The unit provides excellent preparation for those who are considering entering the Honours program in accounting, or may be undertaken as part of an Honours program.
