This unit introduces students to globalisation and the emergence of multinational operations in the 21st century. It focuses on the management of complex international operations and the streamlining of processes involved in the formation and implementation of successful global operations in the face of tough global competition.
Major topics include international business organisations structures & environments, international business negotiations and diplomacy, ethics in international business, international subsidiary management, international operations management, global resources, international logistics and supply management & global e-commerce operations.
