BUSL250: Business Law

This is the foundation business law unit for students undertaking professional studies in the accounting and financial management areas. It is also a required unit for the Business Law major. The unit, through a range of assessment tasks, seeks to develop each student's knowledge of the Australian legal system. Subject areas include contract, tort, property, agency law and trade practices as it relates to consumers.
