BUSL379: European Trade Law

This course examines the related legal aspects of the European Community and the European Union (EU). The EU is comprised of a large group of European countries committed to working together with the purpose of engaging in trade and preserving a sense of community. The Member States have participated in the setting up of common institutions and at the same time operate their own system of laws and trade arrangements.
