ECH120: Early Childhood Teachers as Researchers
This unit has been designed as a foundation unit for the Bachelor of Education (ECE) degree. It is however suitable for any student interested in early childhood. In this unit, students will gain an understanding of the historical and philosophical basis of early childhood and be introduced to research used in its four subdisciplines: child development, curriculum, management and reflective practice. Students will develop skills accessing, critically analysing and effectively using early childhood research and evidence.
