ECH435: Early Childhood Management 2
Contemporary practitioners responsible for managing and leading diverse early childhood settings including schools and childcare programs, require a thorough understanding of the interplay between micro and macro environments within which they work. This unit will provide an orientation to high order management and leadership skills including strategic planning, negotiation and change management, advocacy, quality assurance and ethical practice as well as marketing and business planning. Understanding the crucial role of effective communication as managers and leaders will be central to this unit.
