ELEC380: Wireless Technology and Systems

This unit is core to the Wireless Engineering specialisation of the Bachelor of Engineering. It will contain two main components: microwave electronics, and wireless systems. The microwave electronics components will include design of radio subsystems such as microwave amplifiers and mixers, including practical limitations such as noise and nonlinearity. The wireless systems component will cover the design of practical wireless systems including the effects of interference, noise, nonlinearity, etc.
