EUL392: Introduction to Computer-Assisted Language Learning

In this largely practical unit students will be introduced to the field of Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) and will gain hands-on experience with various types of software used in this field (authoring packages, hypertext, concordance programs) as well as with the Internet and multimedia. The unit will be of particular interest to intending language teachers and to others interested in gaining some insight into a language-oriented application of personal computers.
