LAW317: Property in Law and Equity II

This unit continues on from LAW316. This unit provides a comprehensive integration of property law in its various manifestations - real, personal and intellectual property. This examination is grounded in an inquiry into historical and theoretical dimensions and into both legal and equitable forms of ownership, including trusts and powers and duties of trustees.
