LAW428: Trade Practices Law

The subject of the unit is the Australian Trade Practices Act, which contains Australia's national competition law and consumer protection law. The unit investigates both topics, by reference to different policy frameworks, including Australia's National Competition Policies and considerable time is spent on reading and interpreting statutes and on the administration of schemes of government regulation.
