MUS205: Introduction to Vocal Studies

This unit introduces students to the voice as an instrument and its role in solo and ensemble-specific situations within popular music styles. Students learn technical and foundational aspects of the voice, applying this knowledge to their individual vocal ability. No previous singing experience is required. The unit combines lectures and practical tutorials.
