PSY307: Organisational Psychology
The unit introduces students to psychological perspectives of the world of work, including both individual and organisational aspects. We will cover such topics as personnel selection, job attitudes, occupational stress, and human factors in the workplace. Students will discover some of the ways organisational psychologists have used the science of psychology to learn more about the human condition and to assist in the effective management of businesses.
