PGCertWorldLit - Postgraduate Certificate In World Literatures (Not available in 2008)
The Postgraduate Certificate in World Literatures is taught by staff members from across the discipline of Humanities and allows students to study a wide variety of classical and recent works of world literature. Taking an interdisciplinary approach, the program contextualises different cultural spheres through a common theme and examines texts in their cultural, geopolitical and historical contexts while at the same time emphasising the crossing of cultural and disciplinary boundaries. The Certificate comprises an in-country study tour that allows students to study a foreign culture and literary tradition from close-up.
